Medimeter Trading FZE ("we", "us") is a company registered in the Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone, United Arab Emirates, trade licence No. 11533. Our registered office is Al Shmookh Business Center, One UAQ, UAQ Free Trade Zone, Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
When you contact us or submit an order request through this website, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

- Your email address and, if provided, a phone number
- Your EU VAT number, if provided
- Your company's trade licence or registration number, where provided
- Order details: product, quantity, currency, payment terms, destination country
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts.
Why we process it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, issue invoices, and meet our own accounting, tax and audit obligations as a UAE free zone company. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (or steps toward one) and our legitimate interest in running a trading business.
Who we share it with
We use the following service providers to run our business, each of which may process your data on our behalf as needed to provide their service:
- Zoho — email hosting and accounting/invoicing
- Cloudflare — hosting for this website, and the database that records order requests submitted through it
- Resend — sends the automated confirmation email for order requests
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain business correspondence, order records and invoicing data for as long as required by UAE accounting, tax and audit rules, and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve any dispute. Free zone companies are subject to statutory bookkeeping retention requirements; confirm the applicable period with your accountant.
